Great process throughout! Michael did everything he said he would do from sticking to the timeline, to my budget and giving me the exact pool we wanted! This is my 3rd pool to build and by far this was the easiest project and best communication throughout! Would definitely recommend Cain pools to anyone!
I had this company for over a year for biweekly pool cleanings, and I was charged over $500 in July alone. After a cleaning on July 3rd, my pool turned green within 5 days. Multiple service slips claimed vacuuming and skimming were done, but I had to remove a dead frog myself, and the same grass piles were at the bottom of the pool for days.I called to talk through the issues and was cut off immediately. The owner was rude and defensive, and instead of problem-solving, she ended the call by canceling my service entirely. She blamed the green pool on a lack of chlorine, even though I have a saltwater system, and they were the ones who gave me a chlorine floater and said it was sufficient.I wasn’t even calling to cancel, just to discuss ways to improve moving forward. The lack of professionalism and communication was appalling.I appreciate the refund, but I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
But my pool several years ago. I've been very impressed with their continued ued service over the years. They have gone above and beyond to help me out several times. If you're going to have a pool built in the area, I would highly recommend using them.
