I buy all my pool equipment from Clearwater, and when I shop , they have always let me know if I'm buying Chemicals that are not necessary, also Tom has fixed the programming on my control board by phone, I am very Greatful !

I needed a pool filter system replacement. Tom and his staff were very helpful and his work is quality. Thanks for the great job and for helping to make my pool look great.
Tom came out to replace our very old pump that was heavily leaking water with a new Pentair Variable Speed Pump. He is very professional and knows his stuff when it comes to pools and pool pumps. Not only did he replace our pump (which works awesome!!), he went above and beyond as he noticed our Polaris sweep wasn't running correctly and took it apart to adjust some things and get it running correctly. He also gave us some tips in regards to chemicals and the overall health of our pool water. He takes great pride in his work and wants to make sure everything is perfect. I would give a better review however after a replacement motor was installed there was an error message that I was told was fixed HOWEVER when turning on the spa the error message came up and I have called and texted several times - they have never answered me and after a $550 charge my spa does not heat at all. A return call would have been better than the "tail light guarantee" that I seem to have gotten...........
