ACE Pools installed my pool and landscaping 3 years ago and it cost me roughly $140k. The pool was leaking from day 1 and they returned 6 times over 2 years but couldn't find the leak. They advised me to call a company specializing in leak detection, which I did and they charged me $500 to find a small crack in the stairs. Ace pools refused to inspect the crack and immediately said it was my fault, refused to repair it and they refused to cover the $500 fee from the other company. Bottom line I spent $140k for a lousy install and even worse service. In addition, Andrew Hobbs who is in charge of landscaping refuses to replace 3 pavers his employees damaged by setting the pressure washer too high. We held back the final $5000 payment until it was fixed but they threatened to not honour the pool warranty if we didn’t pay. So we paid and Andrew never replaced the damaged pavers. Be careful who you hire. The most expensive is not always the best.

Last summer we had Ace Pools build out our backyard getaway - the entire experience was A+; from the initial sales consultation, to planning, to the transition of work from hardscape, to pool, to landscape, and everything in between....just a consistently high level of customer service.

As with any project of this size and scope, there were bumps along the way - but these were all out of Ace's control. The one thing that will stick with us is that they were with us all the way and were extremely helpful in finding solutions to ultimately get us to the finish line.

We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and all of our after-project needs have been met promptly and with a smile.
