Jones pools is one of the best pool companies out there. We are so happy with our salt water pool they installed for us. They test our water each year and tell us exactly what we need and buy all our pool supplies from them and have never had any problems with our pool or water. We have been a happy customer of theirs for the past several years. The team is knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and provide you with the best customer service and relationship even years after the pool installation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a pool or supplies.
I am very happy to be doing this review for Jones Pools. Jones Pools did an incredibly great job designing and building my swimming pool. They built my pool and also look after it with the utmost professionalism and care. Everything Jones did exceeded my expectations ! The old saying " Service with a Smile " definitely applies to Jones Pools. They gave me a terrific price and were much less expensive than other pool companies I had gotten quotes from. The other pool companies tried to gouge me on prices of things that Jones Pools included for free. Ryan Jones even came to my house on a Sunday to draw his idea on my lawn to make it easier for me to visualize. Ryan, as far as a person goes is as good as it gets. Amy, who runs the office is also phenomenal. She once called me at 10:00 on a Friday night to ask me if I was happy with something that had come up. The rest of the staff like Brittany, Shirley, Lindsay, Wayne, Jake , Richard and all the others are just an absolute pleasure to deal with and are always more than reasonable in every way. The ladies that look after the maintenance of my pool are extremely efficient and very nice. I was lucky to have found Jones Pools and to deal with them and anyone that deals with Jones will immediately see why that is. I highly recommend Jones Pools .

Jones Pools was great to work with from start to finish. Quote process was comprehensive and very competitive and Mark was always available for plan revisions, price adjustments and questions. The construction was started on time and accurate to the timeline of 5 weeks in late 2023. Workmanship was excellent and great to have owners on site ensuring work was done to the highest of standard. Each crew that came through was professional, courteous and did great work.Aftercare and follow up also outstanding. From pool school to learning the ins and outs of water chemistry and office staff always available by phone for support makes us very grateful we went with Jones!Couldn’t be happier with our new backyard and will enjoy it for years to come!
