We’ve had a great experience with Main Street Pools in Uxbridge. Anthony and his team have helped us out with a number of things over the last 2 years including a new heater, new liner, and a new safety cover.They’re easy to work with, show up when they say they will, and do really solid work. What impressed us most recently was how quickly they removed our old hot tub that had stopped working over the winter (can no longer be fixed). It was gone way faster than we expected and completely hassle-free.It would have been a big job for me to do on my own.Overall, just a really good, reliable team. Would definitely recommend Anthony and the crew at Main Street Pools!The dog loves them too.
Fantastic experience all around! The team has been incredibly helpful both in-store and out in the backyard keeping our hot tub in top shape. Whether it's routine maintenance, a thorough cleaning, or a full service call, they always show up knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring about getting it right.The in-store experience is just as great. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and never make you feel silly for asking questions (and I've asked plenty!). They take the time to walk me through products, explain what I actually need, and make sure I leave feeling confident, not confused. I pop in regularly to get my water tested, which they do for free - such a fantastic service that keeps our hot tub perfect year-round. And great prices on their chemicals and products too.This is the kind of local business that makes you proud to shop close to home. Highly recommend!
