Staff is amazing! When I have a problem they always know how to fix it. I even got same day service to have my sand filter repaired. The guys that come are friendly and fix everything in a super timely matter. It’s not even worth it for me to attempt it anymore. Highly recommend this store!
Magestic did an absolutely incredible job with my pool! They drove up from Sudbury to Sault Ste. Marie to assist me.They came to change the liner. When they arrived, my pool hadn’t finished draining yet in preparation for their arrival. And they assisted me no questions asked in getting it drained. The work that they needed to put in to clean up, the pool ended up being more than they had originally anticipated And they worked incredibly diligently without complaints from morning until night.Jason and Cotter answered all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. They were kind, professional, hard working and efficient. If there was a rating higher than five stars, I would give it.
We’ve been dealing with Kurtis to open and close our hot tub for years now and he’s the best. He’s courteous and is ready to answer any questions you may have. He goes over and beyond. Thank you Kurtis and Majestic Pools for the great service.
Magestic Pools deserves a10 star review. The staff that come out each year to open and close our pool are truly amazing. Kind, professional and taught me how to use the robot to clean the pool. Bought a house with a hot tub and we had no idea what we were doing to keep it maintained, plus it needed some maintenance work. These guys came out the next day and fixed our leaks and gave us advice on how to maintain it in the future. Very nice people to deal with and very knowledgeable!
