Temi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire service. He changed the sand in my pool filter and did an excellent job from start to finish. His work was clean, thorough, and he took the time to make sure everything was done properly. What I appreciated most was that he also shared some helpful pool maintenance tips and answered my questions, which showed he genuinely cares about his customers. It’s not often you find someone who combines great workmanship with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Temi to anyone looking for reliable pool service. Great service, I purchased a house with a pool and had no clue about anything. Temi was able to come assess, close the pool and provide some insight to what we will need to have done in the spring. When closing the pool I also had none of the required materials, (chemicals, tarps, bags?) They are professional and a wealth of knowledge and were able to provide everything I needed to get the job done. Would recommend over and over again. And they will absolutely be coming back in the spring

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Yale Pools. Temi (owner) is knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and takes pride in his work. I had him replace a pump, sand filter and also close my pool for the winter. Definitely someone you want on speed dial for the summer months! Highly recommend!
