This company is absolutely amazing. Just moved to Arizona and needed some assistance with my homes pool and questions about the pump. Called a few places first it was either an automated system or stilling waiting for a call back. Ryan at Sunlit Pool Service was communicative, honest and efficient. He didn’t try to sell me on what was needed or what needed to be done instead talked me through how things operate and what works best with all the pros and cons. After discussing things with my husband, we decided to go with a whole new system instead of just little repairs to get us by. We talked to Ryan and he was here a couple days later installing an all new pump, pad plumping, motor, filters and wiring for our new system. We thought it would cost us a crazy amount but his pricing was so reasonable and the service ticket we read over before we agreed was very detailed and easy to understand. Even if you had questions before, during or after the process he is right there helping you through it and answering every question you would have with out making you feel stupid. Some companies can do that. The company even sets you up for once a week cleaning services. They come check the PH of the pool, wash the sides / bottom, check the filters you name it they do it.Obviously, we couldn’t be happier!If you are wondering who to go to for you pool cleaning, fixing, even a quote do not hesitate to call this company.Cost efficient, reliable, honest, trustworthy and communicative!!

Ryan was easy to talk to. Explained what was going on with my pool and provided a step by step assessment in simple terms. Did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, this saved me money.
I had Ryan/Sunlitpoolservice look at my pool system (pump and filter) in December, he is very knowledgeable about pool equipment and how best to take care of pools. Within a minute he could tell something wasn’t running right & fixed a blockage that was in my pool equipment and had my pump running better. Yet, at that time since my pool equipment was 15+ years old, we talked about possibly installing new equipment.That day Ryan sent a quote to me with fair pricing for a new pump and filters & this febuarary decided to pull the trigger and have it installed. Ryan did an amazing job taking old equipment out and install brand new pump (hooks up to WiFi & control from phone). Along with a new base for equipment to sit on.Also brought his equipment to drain my pool & wash the walls of the pool inside the next day after install. Filled it back up & my pool is running the best I’ve ever seen it. I was even offered if I wanted old equipment hauled away to dump for me as well.All in all, class act, fair pricing, offered for me to call him anytime if I have an issue or advice, I am definitely satisfied with my purchase .Thank you Sunlit Pool service ????
We feel lucky to have Ryan! He is always on time, fantastic at communicating and if there's a repair that may be needed he's honest and great explaining the issue. We never have to worry about our pool and it always looks beautiful!
