I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
We had a pool technician named Justin come out to inspect our pool after a tree fell on it. He examined the damage and told us he would have a quote ready by Sunday. Sunday came and went with no quote. We followed up on Wednesday, and he responded that he was busy and wouldn’t be able to get the estimate together until later in the week.
Now, three weeks have passed, and we still have not received a quote. On top of that, our calls and text messages have gone unanswered. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
If you weren’t interested in taking the job, a simple phone call or text saying so would have been appreciated. Instead, we were given the runaround and lost valuable time that could have been spent having another company assess the damage and provide an estimate.
Reliability and communication are essential when dealing with customers, especially when they are waiting on repairs. Unfortunately, our experience showed a lack of both. I strongly suggest improving customer service, communication, and follow-through with potential customers. Based on this experience, I have a hard time believing all of the five-star reviews accurately reflect the level of service we received.
