Staff on shift was very helpful over the phone. Letting me know to bring in a tap water sample to aid with initial start up for the swimspa.This helped in the store with discussions on what steps to take and ways to go about them. Very helpful!

I have never owned a hot tub prior to this and I decided to buy from Aqua Spas and Pools because they had great customer ratings. I knew I would need help throughout the process from initially selecting the right hot tub for my family to installation and set up. This company did not disappoint…Tonya helped me select a hot tub and patiently answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones!). She had multiple opportunities to “upsale” me to a more expensive hot tub than I wanted or needed, but instead stayed focused on my needs and helped me stay within budget. The delivery and set up process went smoothly and they even accommodated my request for a weekend delivery. Tonya then stayed with me at the house for 2 hours to help me fill the tub, personally demonstrate how to use all features of the tub, and then did all of the initial chemical balancing. My biggest worry about owning a hot tub was managing the chemicals. Tonya walked me through the use of the chemicals, gave me printout of the chemical makeup of my water from the hose, and then provided a step by step printout of how to manage the chemical balancing to keep the tub clean and safe. That printout is now laminated and next to my tub! We have been using the tub all week since it was set up and are very happy with our choice. Our experience with Tonya and Aqua Spas and Pools was definitely a 5 star experience.
After a hellish experience trying to buy a hot tub from aquaquip we decided to try locally owned Aqua Spas. From start to finish the experience was amazing. Tonya is professional and knowledgeable and essentially matched and beat the "labor day sale price" from aquaquip. The spa arrived on time with no red tape and she even attended the delivery and gave us a complete orientation. She and the rest of the team remain accessible and communicative with any questions that have come up. Not to mention the actual hot tub is phenomenal!
Tonya at Gig Harbor Aqua Spas and Pools was amazing during our recent Whirlpool Spa purchase. She was great at listening to our needs and helped us pick out the perfect spa. She made the purchase experience simple and was very thorough throughout the process. She helped us with the removal of our old spa and her team’s delivery and set up of our new spa was flawless. By the time they were finished all we had to do was wait for it to heat up and jump in. The entire store in Gig Harbor has wonderful people who continue to support me with all of my spa maintenance needs. I originally had another brand of spa purchased years ago at Costco and throughout my ten years of owning that spa this store taught me everything I needed to know about maintaining it. I always said that I regretted not buying from them and when it was time to get a new spa I was finally able to do it. They definitely earned my business over the years and we are so glad to have purchased this new spa through them.
