Albert ("Berto") was fantastic to work with! We’re in the process of moving and taking our hot tub with us, so Berto came out to winterize it and prepare it for transport.Throughout the entire process, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being handled correctly. He also carefully set aside all of the parts we'll need during reinstallation, making sure they stay together so we can easily put everything back together once we're settled into our new home.Berto was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. We’ve been very impressed with his work and would really like him to come back to complete the reinstallation after our move. We highly recommend him!
Jason did a fantastic job going over our new hot tub with us! He provided a very detailed review of the salt system, sensor system, and dosing system, and answered all of our questions until we felt comfortable with our level of understanding. Because we have a new model year, there was one feature he wasn’t familiar with, so he made a phone call to a colleague and got the answers we needed. We highly recommend Jason!
Rus did an amazing job with our hot-tub service today! He did a thorough job cleaning the lines, draining the tub, cleaning the jets, the interior and exterior then refilling it.He made sure all pumps are working properly. Balanced the water chemistry and explained how we can continue to keep it balanced during use and how to tell when it needs another service.He also recommended and explained about Olympic’s subscription based services. Great service all around.
Jason came out and set us up with everything we needed to know about running our new Hot Springs Flash. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient with our time. After making such a large purchase, it is comforting to know that he is very experienced with the model we have and didn't seem phased by any questions we threw at him.
