They were comparable to other companies for a replacement liner and heater. Not good a communication but got the job done early, professionally and with an excellent team. I also switched to their pool services and got my pool crystal clean in less than a week after months of cloudy water from prior company.

Early Fall in 2025 I cold called Premier Pools of Tallahassee about a pump/filter issue. Steve was out first thing the next morning. Diagnosed the problem. Told me what to buy and showed me how to replace/repair it. Local pool supply company didn’t have the part. Called Steve. He checked with his supplier and called me back right back. It was only $20 more to have him install the product. Again he was out first thing the next day.My liner was very old/faded. I asked for a quote. Price was very reasonable compared to what my friends with pools had paid over the last few years. They quickly measured for a new liner and ordered the liner.I also had them replace my rusted ladder. The ladder job required removing a section of my concrete pool deck. The new ladder was installed and the new concrete was done professionally. Next was the pool liner installation. They showed up when they said they would. They were done in 2 days. Liner looks great. And they left the job site clean.Highly recommend Premier Pools of Tallahassee.
