The Cody Pools Remodel team just completed resurfacing of my older residential pool. I was NOT looking forward to it because 1) it's expensive, 2) it's noisy and messy, 3) many pool contractors in the area have been getting a bad rep, which made me leary about the pool business in general. I did my homework and picked Cody Pools. I'm happy to say the entire process, from the first consultation and quote through to the final steps of refilling the pool and restarting the pump, couldn't have gone better! Jennifer (remodel designer/consultant), RJ (remodel project manager) and Brian (remodel customer service rep) were my team, and they were outstanding. Jennifer worked with me to make sure all the details in the contract were correct, and kept in touch with me throughout the project. RJ came out ahead of the crews to review timeline, expectations, verify scope of work, etc. He then stayed in touch almost daily to update me on who was coming to do what and when. He responded to questions and concerns and made sure they were addressed. The crews that came and went were polite, respectful of my property, took care to close screen doors and gates, and were generally consistent with daily clean up. Just prior to beginning the refilling of the pool, Brian came over and clarified the important final steps of the project and gave me specific do's and don't to follow during pool filling and start-up. He then explained how the new surface cures over the following 30 days and the critical elements required for successful surface curing. The quality of the work was excellent as far as I can tell--it looks great!

What impressed us most was the speed and quality of the work — our pool was completed in just 41 days, which exceeded all expectations.A huge shoutout to Pat, the project manager, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire project. His communication was excellent, he kept us informed every step of the way, and he always made himself available to answer questions and address concerns. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction.The finished pool is beautiful, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a stress-free experience and outstanding results!
Cody Pools did a remodeling job on my pool for me this year. I have dealt with Pool companies in the past that were very disappointing, but every step of my experience with Cody Pools was awesome!Matt, my sales guy, and RJ the service manager came through with everything that was promised, and best of all there was never a hassle!! I would very much so recommend this company!!
We love our Cody pool. Very happy with the design process and install. We went with standard tile and pavers and Cody blue finish. We love it all. Steve was our project manager he was always available and easy to reach. John was our designer and he is an expert at what he does. Very thorough. Designed the pool completely custom and within a hour. 10/10. Sun shelf was a definite must with kids 3-4. It’s the perfect set up for them.
Our pool tuned out Great!! It was a smooth process it only took 3 months from when they started digging to completion. Our project manager Elon, was extremely helpful, understanding and patient as he guided us through the build process. All contact with Cody Pools staff has been easy and pleasant.Any concerns were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Two of our neighbors and others in our community have Cody Pools.
