Premier Pools & Spas

From start to finish these guys were on top of their game. They got the permitting and engineering done quickly, were very communicative, and professional. We are very happy with our pool and spa and are grateful to each member of the team for their professionalism. Don’t hesitate to use this team for your future pool projects!

We had an outstanding experience with Premier Pools from start to finish. Building a pool is a major investment, and the entire team made the process far easier and more enjoyable than we ever expected. Kevin, our sales representative, was fantastic from day one. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, answered every question thoroughly and helped us design a pool that perfectly fit our vision, budget and lifestyle. Throughout construction, James, Niki, Eric and Matt were exceptional. The communication was proactive, consistent and transparent every step of the way. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next and who to contact if we had questions. That level of organization and responsiveness gave us tremendous confidence throughout the project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The quality of the finished pool exceeded our expectations, and we were impressed by the professionalism of every crew member who worked on our property. What we appreciated most was the ability to customize so many aspects of the design, allowing us to create a backyard that truly feels unique to our home. From design through completion, the entire process was smooth, efficient and well-managed. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Premier Pools to anyone considering a pool project. Thank you to Kevin, James, Niki, Eric, Matt and the entire Premier Pools team for helping bring our vision to life!

This company has an amazing ?? crew. We are very happy with the work that has been done. Kevin was very helpful ?? with the entire process from start to finish. Thank you guys (Kevin, Megan & James) for making this as smooth as it was. Premier is the way to go trust ?? the process and you will fall in love with your finished product.

Kevin and Jen were fabulous from the very beginning. The design they did in site in our back yard was a collaborative, exciting process. We were sold. When it came time to build the pool, Matt and Nicki kept us well informed, responding quickly and communicating every step of the way The result is a beautiful, sparking pool we use every day. When we are not in it, we are around it. We can't stop looking at it. The neighbors have "pool envy". A+ to the Premier Pool and Spa - North Tampa Team. They exceeded expectations to create our beautiful "forever" pool. Thank you, Matt & Judy Steele

We shopped around and Jim from Premier made our choice easy. Their process is very black and white, he is easy to work with, responsive and just a nice guy. We feel like we got a high quality pool at a fair price. Seminole took a while with permits but once that was done the process was quick. Had small concerns after the build because I’ve never owned a pool and they addressed them quickly. During the build the communication was great.
