Purchased the Sovereign, everyone involved in the purchase and installation were professional and very helpful. They explained the whole procedure from purchase to operation of tub. Delivery was a bit difficult due to my purchase of a platform, but the guys did a great job and I'm very thankful. The tub itself is outstanding works great. Also purchased the cover assist which is really easy to get cover off and back on with very little effort. Overall it's a great tub, people at Tampa Bay Spa are number 1 in my book.

We had been shopping for a hot tub for a while when we found Dave at Tampa Bay Spas on Racetrack road and it became clear quickly he was the one we were going to be dealing with. He was honest and extremely accommodating. We needed a hot tub at a certain date due to the construction that was taking place and he made our lives very easy.
