We ordered our hot tub well before we were ready for installation, and they graciously stored it for nearly nine months while we completed our deck extension. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We also love knowing that if we ever have questions or concerns, they are always available and happy to help. So far, we’ve had zero issues with the performance of the hot tub, but honestly, we’re not worried. I bought a hot tub from Tampa Bay Spas in Brandon Florida almost 5 years ago from Jerry and his wife Karen. Hot Springs Spas are extremely reliable. I use it twice a day almost every day of the year for the last 4 1/2 years. I highly recommend a hot spring spa and Tampa Bay Hot Tubs especially the Brandon location. I’ve owned 2 other hot tubs before and the Hot Springs spa is by far the best Hot Tub I have owned hands down. The service was impeccable. The delivery and set up was amazing and they always answer my phone calls.
Tampa Bay Spas is a family owned business run by a wonderful local family. They taught us everything we needed to know on choosing the right product for us, how to maintain it, and making sure they were available to answer our many questions. I felt that we purchased a quality hot tub that is backed with support at all times when we come across an issue. Installation was seamless and we have enjoyed our spa more than we ever thought we would!
My experience with Jerry and his team has been great. Initially I didn’t think the hot tub would fit based on my yard measurements and those of the tub. Jerry reassured me that since we had and inch and a half to spare his guys could make it work. On installation day there were no problems it worked as he predicted. Since that time, I have been back for products and answers to various questions. Jerry has always provided great service which makes me feel confident that I will always be able to enjoy the hot tub as much as the first day it was installed.
