Anthony did a great job correcting a number of problems with my pool and spa. He was knowledgeable and efficient and explained how everything worked. He was on time and friendly to both me and our Labrador Gracie. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received from Cabana and Anthony today

Every person we worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us. Cory was incredibly thorough from the beginning. He carefully reviewed all of the photos we sent, took the time to understand our concerns, and coordinated the right team members to help address each issue. His communication, attention to detail, and follow-through gave us confidence every step of the way. Ryan, Holden, Kyle, and Anthony were all fantastic to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. Kyle did an amazing job troubleshooting the issues we had with our spa and pool and was quick to send honest quotes and recommendations. He was transparent from the very beginning and even helped us avoid unnecessary costs by identifying what actually needed to be done versus what other quotes had suggested. His honesty and integrity saved us a significant amount of money, and we truly appreciated that level of care. He also did an amazing job cleaning our pool and spa—it has honestly never looked so clean. The level of pride he took in his work was evident, and the results were outstanding. Anthony was exceptional as well. He quickly diagnosed and troubleshot additional issues- with our pool connection wire, efficiently installed our filter, and helped identify and resolve additional concerns with both our pool and jacuzzi. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we understood the issues and the solutions. He was always on time, friendly, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. What stood out the most was how honest and transparent the entire Cabana Pool team was from the very beginning. They took the time to fix only what actually needed to be done, never pushed unnecessary work, and helped us save money while still delivering high-quality results. Cabana pools has been doing a great job taking care of our pool for almost two years. They helped us clean our pool after ducks moved in for a few months and recently Curtis helped us get on top of an algae bloom immediately. Curtis immediately identified the problem, treated our pool, and returned to clean our filters so we were back in action in no time. Highly recommend their pool service to anyone in Fallbrook.
