Outstanding! We just finished up today with the fnal inspection from the city. From start to finish, its been a great experience from Malik in sales to Kevin our project manager. Excellent, friendly crews that did a great job and no hidden costs or fees. What we were quoted is what we paid-no additional or hidden fees. It was also fun to watch the construction process. Start went amazingly fast, from breaking ground to pour was 8 days, then the rains came- still were able to swim around the 7-8 week mark. We love it, our friends and family love it!Highly recommend this company!Last thoughts for future owners- get a solar top skimmer, we got the Betta SE and it works great.
We interviewed a few different pool builders before deciding on Pool-ology, and we are thrilled with our finished pool! Malik created a custom gunite pool design for us, and he was very responsive to various changes to the design that we requested throughout the design phase. Malik helped our vision come to life! Our project superintendent, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful. Kevin checked in frequently with updates and ensured the project moved along in a timely manner. We were also thoroughly impressed with all of the subcontractors who worked on our project. Both Malik and Kevin went above and beyond to offer suggestions to help support the functionality and flow of our pool, as well as the pool deck and patio space. Highly recommend working with Pool-ology, especially Malik and Kevin!
Late to the pool party but we got a pool from POOL-ology last year and the experience was great. Malik and the team did a great job of communicating with each step of the way. All the work crews were great as well and very respectful. They even helped us navigate a rebate that we were getting from the fiberglass shell company and helped with the process of getti g septic lines moved. Definitely recommend using POOL-ology....10/10!!!
I am so glad we decided on Pool-ology to install our fiberglass pool. It was a seamless process from start to completion. Malik was the first person we met through the process and he was wonderful. All the guys in the crews were great too. Only one hiccup at the end, but it was taken care of once pointed out.
