What impressed us most was that later that same evening, when we visited their showroom, Jessica already had a draft pool design ready for us to review. After a few thoughtful tweaks here and there, we were able to finalize what truly became our dream pool and backyard retreat.Jessica was incredibly talented, and patient throughout the design process, while Jesse did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish. Every Monday, Jesse consistently sent us the plans and schedule for the upcoming week, which kept communication clear and helped us feel informed during every phase of construction.Building a custom pool is a major project with many moving parts, and Jesse consistently made himself available to answer questions, coordinate teams, and ensure concerns were addressed. He remained patient, communicative, and solution-oriented from start to finish, which we truly appreciated.What stood out most about Regal Pools was that they truly under promised and over delivered. Overall, we had a great experience with Regal Pools. Fantastic final product. Staff was responsive and engaged when issues popped up. Our Superintendent Jesse Rodriguez keeping things on track and ensuring what was designed and desired actually came to life. Construction of any kind rarely goes off without a hitch. What makes or breaks the experience is an engaged and communicative Superintendent and we had that. We had a blank slate in the backyard and Regal along with my wife did a great job with the design and selections. Glad we decided to do all of it at once, as construction will drag. We chose to go with an outdoor kitchen on our existing patio and a cantilevered structure for a covered sitting area adjacent to the pool/spa. All in all, very happy with the outcome. It has become our new favorite hangout spot, regardless of the weather.
Jesse was excellent to work with. He was always available for calls. He checked the progress almost every week. Even after the project was done he noticed couple of issues and got them fixed for us at no additional cost. He is approachable guy and finished the project on time and now we have a beautiful backyard!
Regal Pools did a fantastic job from start to finish, especially thanks to Jessica and Philip.Jessica, our designer, was amazing. I shared what we liked — my wife wanted something modern and simple — and when we visited their design center, Jessica already had renderings and material samples ready for us. She really understood our style, and we were able to visualize and make decisions quickly. That level of preparation was miles ahead of other builders who simply sent us to their showrooms to “pick what we want.”Our project manager, Philip, was equally impressive. Every Monday morning, he sent a detailed text with the plan for the week, patiently listened to all our concerns and comments, and stayed on top of every detail. He was visiting the job site on a regular basis, very hands-on, and personally fixed many small issues and details — even ones I hadn’t noticed myself. Truly impressive work, especially in the Houston heat!We also appreciate the Regal management team for reaching out to ensure we were happy with the final result.Beyond their professionalism, Regal’s workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone considering building a pool — you’ll be in great hands!
