The technician Mousa came today to fix some problems that we have with some stones. And what a great guy. Very educated, very hard worker, very ver nice. Even with the hot weather he didn't complain or stop working. Highly recommend ??
Action home services did a fabulous job the first time and even better when called back to deal with water pooling in our interlock. Anton responded immediately and assured us the issue was under warranty. Mousa managed the job in a very professional manner. The site was clean and he explained everything step of the repair process in detail. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and customer service and would highly recommend Mousa. Today AHS sent a technician to deal with a warranty request for our interlocking stones. A couple of areas had sunk slightly due to the brutal winter we had. Mousa was absolutely great! He inspected the area and explained what work was required. He was very meticulous with his work. We are very happy with the results. Mousa was great to deal with. I highly recommend Mousa and AHS.
We had a great experience working with AHS. From the very beginning, our sales representative, Dmytro Duka, was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He took the time to answer questions, guide us through the process, and make sure we felt comfortable with every step.The management team was also very supportive and responsive throughout the project.
