Arzate Design Group

We chose ADG, after having almost every other Pool design company in Tucson, come to our site and give us bids. We chose ADG because Carlos was definitely NOT on auto pilot… he noticed the unique setting and it’s challenges….We are up in the Tucson mountains and just digging the pool up here was challenge number one. He was undaunted and so were we. During our collaboration he was always communicative and sensitive to our learning curve. The whole team was capable and competent….what an experience it was….THAT was 8 years ago already and our pool is still beautiful…running smooth and a true joy for our whole family?? Lots of memories already… We often lament about it and I felt compelled to write a review 8 years in… Artistry and a soul….ADG: chock full of both… M Welch Tucson

Arzate Design Group is fantastic to work with. I found ADG just through searching the internet and couldn't be happier. After buying my house, the pool sat empty for years as it needed a major re-haul. I had some ideas of what I wanted and met with Carlos. He listened carefully to my input and created a unique and beautiful space beyond what I could have imagined. Carlos is such a great person to talk to. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and so positive. The contractors that did the work were all very polite, respectful and clean (even my neighbor noticed how clean they kept the space at the end of each day). They were all so patient with my questions throughout the process and any changes that needed to be made. I would highly reccomend Carlos and his team and hope to use them again in the future.

I hired Arzate Design Group to design an outdoor patio with a kitchen and fire feature. The result is stunning. Simply put, they are very good at their job. They provided us with a sight plan, structural drawings, and handled the permit process with the City of Tucson. I love the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone.

If you are building a pool, don't go any further! ADG is THE best! You will get a high quality dependable pool while not having to deal with a corporate type company. This is a family run business that will treat you like family! They take pride in their workmanship and want you to be happy. Carlos has a unique ability to design what you describe. Carlos and Beth Arzate are such woderful people, which is the cherry on top! No doubt, they are the best pool design company in Tucson!

Outstanding Experience — Exceptional Quality, Service, and Value! This was not our first time having a pool built in our backyard, so we already had a good understanding of what it takes to work with a pool company on such a major home investment. We did extensive research on companies with strong reputations — checking Yelp, BBB, Google, and other review platforms. We ended up scheduling appointments with two of the larger pool companies in Tucson, as well as ADG. One key difference was that Carlos, the owner of ADG, charges for his consultation. However, our top priorities were staying within budget and ensuring the project could be completed within our desired timeline. Of the two larger companies, one could meet the timeline but was significantly over our budget, while the other was simply too busy to finish the project when we needed it done. With Carlos and ADG, we found the perfect balance — the pricing was very reasonable, and the timeline aligned perfectly with our expectations. Another great benefit is that the consultation fee is applied toward your project design, including any revisions you may request, so you don’t lose that investment. The biggest reason we confidently recommend Carlos is his exceptional work ethic and the hardworking team he has built. They are professional, dedicated, and truly care about the quality of their work. Carlos and his team exceeded our expectations by far. We are absolutely thrilled with the decision we made. ADG also continues to service our pool, and their customer service — especially from Beth and Carlos — has been outstanding. If you are looking for a pool company that delivers on price, timeline, quality, and truly cares about their customers, ADG is the clear choice. We would 100% choose them again without hesitation.
