So, I used Durango. I have a Master Spa Twilight Series 7.25. I got it in Phoenix and there is no Master Spa showroom that I knew of here in Tucson, so I emailed Master Spa's corporate website and asked if they had any certified techs in Tucson.Master Spa forwarded me Durango's contact info as their go-to Tucson techs.Set the appointment, showed up on time, they had it diagnosed within the hour. We got the part ordered (the control panel on my hot tub had gone bad, and seemed to be fairly common issue with others online for my year model). They got the part in a few days later and we scheduled a new appointment. They showed up on time, installed it. Hot tub works perfectly again.Exactly as expected. They also didn't overcharge me for the part or anything crazy, just what the price was online after tax, so really I was paying for their service.All I can say is great job and thank you for getting my hot tub back up and running. Of course it went out right when I wanted it the most in the winter too lol. So, the whole process was pretty quick to get it resolved.Definitely will use them again if I ever have any issues going forward.
I had a very old Jacuzzi and had a few companies try to fix it. The parts were not available due to its age. A friend referred me to Durango and I called them. They were quick to respond and found a way to get the hard to get parts. My Jacuzzi works great now. I highly suggest this company. Great customer service.
Leo was able to come to my home and do a contactless assessment and repair of my hot tub the day after I called him. He was able to fix it on the spot and the hot tub it working great! I will definitely be using him for any further maintenance I need in the future. I have a redwood cylinder hot tub and he is only one of two people in town that I have been able to find that know how to work on that kind of spa.
Leo came over to check a crack in my fiberglass spa. He took his time and inspected the spa. He gave me a fair repair cost but also let me know that the repair my fail and he could not guarentee it. I appreciated his honesty. He had a few used spa's available and invited me to come look them over. We agreed on a fair price for a used hot tub and he was able to deliver it and get it going 2 days after purchase. His delivery crew were professional and got the install taken care of with bo issues. Leo takes pride in his work and is willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I will be using him for any services I need for my spa in the future.Thank you Leo Rj
