We worked with Adam and team over at Omni to take our dated and troublesome 70s in-ground pool to the backyard oasis vision we had been dreaming of. It turned out amazing and Omni has been incredible from taking us through detailed designing to expert execution.

They helped us identify the plumbing redesign that has solved our needs for frequent cleaning while also saving energy, helped us select the perfect finishes to achieve it very specific vision, and made an environment our family is now enjoying every weekend!

We completely redesigned the plumbing, added a skimmer, improved lighting, and added a lagoon and bench for supreme entertaining spaces.

If you’re considering a pool, you will not be happier than Omni! Everyone was great, from Dave in sales, to Scott in construction to the wonderful Allysa in scheduling. Everyone there is nice and helpful. Communication was huge for us and they will not disappoint. Every sub was amazing too. Everyone is professional, nice and easy to work with. All pools are expensive, but you get what you pay for and Omni won’t mess around, you’ll get the best. Our project from first dig to filling with water was 40 days!!!! Don’t spend 6 mo with another company when you can be swimming in less than 60 days. Even better, they stand behind their work. We are very happy with our pool, thank you to everyone at Omni Pools who took care of us!

I went to Omni for a spa remodel after repeated requests were not answered from SoAZ to fix their poor workmanship. We had SoAZ build a negative edge spa and what was built was too tall, had too much of an angle/slope to enter the spa, the tile was uneven resulting in the water not flowing on each side evenly, and the jets never worked properly. Between the jets not working correctly and the calcium build up on the spa tile, we stopped using the spa and enjoying our backyard.

Omni was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from picking out finishes to the final walk through. The sales team was very knowledgeable in what finishes to use, and not use (this is very important in Tucson). They have an app that shows you the entire schedule from beginning to end and also a group text chat to ask questions as they came up. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns making the process as painless as possible.

I would highly recommend Omni for your new pool build or remodel. I wish I had them bid the initial design to save the headache and extra cost to fix the poor workmanship problem SoAZ left in my backyard. I felt the remodel cost was reasonable and am always willing to pay more for quality work so long as it is done right the first time. When you are obtaining proposals it’s not always the best decision to pick the cheapest company. Remember the old saying, “you get what you pay for”, and when it comes to pools quality matters.

I hired Omni Pool Builders and Design to demolish and fill a 792-square-foot in-ground pool that had been part of my Marana property since 1983. The project was part of a larger sustainability journey (solar panels, greywater, rainwater harvesting) and removing the pool was the final piece. Omni made the process easy from start to finish.

Communication was timely and thorough throughout. The designers and project managers genuinely listened to my vision, answered every question with care, and brought their own thoughtful ideas to the table. Rather than removing every trace of the pool, they strategically retained the raised deck and spa as a raised garden bed, a detail I hadn't specifically requested but that turned out to be exactly right.

The crews worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves completely. Every Omni staff member treated me and my property with friendliness and respect.

Omni also provided referrals to other local business providers, and every one of them lived up to Omni's own standard of excellence. That says a lot about a company: the businesses they recommend reflect who they are.

The total project cost was $16,675. At annual savings of more than $4,000, the payback period is under four years. I couldn't be more pleased with the result — or more grateful for a contractor who took my vision seriously and delivered on it.
