I bought a nice Cal Spa from them 5 years ago. Seemed pricy at the time but after 5 trouble free years I can say that it's been trouble free and an excellent tub that used a loved! I had to buy a new top because of the scorching direct sunlight! Jon in service could not have been nice along with everyone else there.

Taylor and Lisa, the owners of Tucson hot tubs, did a great job helping us figure out what would be best for us. Tucson hot tub is the way to go if you want knowledge, good service and reasonable prices.

Kelly was our point person for the sale. She waited while we prayed and spoke privately about our purchase and investment. We had our install and walkthrough on Friday, 3-27-26 with Tyler and Nicolai providing the service. They were patient, knowledgeable, carefully going over our startup and concerns. For those that want a professional installation and customer first experience we highly recommend Tucson Hot Tubs. We had only one hiccup after installation. We accidentally reset our system to “sleep” mode. Taylor came out and showed us how to remedy our mistake. Thank you Tucson Hot Tubs! ??
