I bought a nice Cal Spa from them 5 years ago. Seemed pricy at the time but after 5 trouble free years I can say that it's been trouble free and an excellent tub that used a loved!I had to buy a new top because of the scorching direct sunlight!Jon in service could not have been nice along with everyone else there.
Tyler and Nikolai did a wonderful job of installing my new hot tub. They were quick and efficient and they answered all of my questions and were very kind and patient with me. Kelly was our point person for the sale. She waited while we prayed and spoke privately about our purchase and investment. We had our install and walkthrough on Friday, 3-27-26 with Tyler and Nicolai providing the service. They were patient, knowledgeable, carefully going over our startup and concerns. For those that want a professional installation and customer first experience we highly recommend Tucson Hot Tubs. We had only one hiccup after installation.
