Out of five estimates to have the drain plug assembly replaced, Tucson pool and spa and one other topped the estimates for price , but Tucson pool and spa was the most transparent. They estimated over the cost of the repair as they expected they may have to empty the sand from the filter completely, potentially replacing it as well. But the service member (I’m afraid I forgot his name, I apologize) was excellent and did not need to empty it all and was able to replace it without the need of removing all the sand . He also noticed another leak and replaced the sealing ring as well, was very quick and inexpensive. He spent half the amount of time quoted as well.I over paid as they require half up front, and am awaiting a message that the check for remaining is available for me to pick up.I would not recommend Leslie’s as they not only want to charge you to just look at it, but the man spent 2 minutes looking at it and said the whole thing needed to be replaced at a cost of near 3 grand.They even charge you a “transportation “ fee. lol …

We relocated to Tucson late last year and had plans to remodel the pool after the holidays. We chose Alex & the TPS team to take on our project... a new mini-pebble surface & adding a lagoon to one end of the pool. Once started, the work was done efficiently, timely and professionally. We are very happy with the TPS team follow through and the final results!
I'm so grateful for Tucson Pool and Spa. Our dolphin pool vacuum recently stopped working and I brought it into the store. Walter was so helpful and quickly fixed it/replaced the broken part. I was amazed with their service and expertise! We have also used Tucson Pool and Spa for repairing our pool one time and pool filter cleaning over the past five years; the services have been wonderful. Thank you!
I have enjoyed professional and consistently superb service from Tucson Pool and Spa over the past 2 years. They have serviced one pool for over a year, added pool heating to this pool and have now started pool service at a second property we own in Tucson.We also purchased a hot tub and had it moved later to another property. Cale in particular, has been a huge help with connecting my heating and pool mechanics so they can be operated remotely, and Jonathan has also been so friendly and helpful when I stop by the store with a myriad of questions. Patrick has also been of great help and I can't forget the wonderful ladies in the office who manage the communication and scheduling. Looking forward to another great year with you all!
