Came out to clean my pool. Never showed up on time. Pool had not been serviced since July 2024 (we moved in August 2025) so their all kinds of sludge in it. They dumped the sludge in my yard right next to the pool, not even off to the side. Left dirt, leaves, and debris in the pool even after they say they power washed it. Definitely stay away from.
Corey was able to get us in for a leak repair right before we closed on our house. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Strongly recommend Byrd Pools for leak detection (& repair) & pressure testing. Prices were VERY reasonable & they didn’t try to sell me a whole new system! Five stars for sure!
Had our pool resurfaced and our Kool Deck replaced. Thru the whole process, all contacts at Byrd were very informative and helpful. We had many unexpected issues come up that Alex, the PM, explained and offered options along with pricing so we could make an informed decision. It was an expensive project but the outcome was amazing and worth every penny. We actually love looking out at our pool and yard now.
Byrd did a complete remodel of our pool and deck area which took about 5 weeks. We were very pleased with the finished product. We had a wide range of requests including woodwork, concrete repair, and electrical items in addition to the pool. They kept to the time and work schedule as proposed and kept the work area tidy. Their workers were also courteous and friendly. Byrd serves as a general contractor which leaves the responsibility to them to find and schedule the different craftsman as needed. However most of these have been with them for several years.
