I rarely write reviews but Metro Pool Service really deserves this. Of all the service companies we have had over the years there is not one that can hold a candle to this company. My husband and I are in our early eighties and we are more dependent on service. Our pool this year needed a real update. The plumbing basically was shot. I called after they opened the pool and explained all I could. Instead of telling me I would be on a wait list they came out almost immediately and addressed every issue. Nate could not have worked harder. It was like he saved the pool. We cannot wait to go out tonight and enjoy our beautiful setting.EVERYTHING works. They are absolutely the best!!!!

Metro Pool Service fixed my heater a couple of weeks ago. They were able to make it out quicker than a few other places I called. He was able to diagnose the heater quickly and identified a simple fix. All he charged me for was the service call too. Quick and great service!

As a someone who has never owned a pool and recently bought a home with one, Metro Pool Service has been a life saver! I knew something was off but couldn’t figure out what. So I reached out to Metro. They responded quickly to my request and were friendly and professional. Nate fit me into his schedule several days ahead of the expected timeframe, quickly diagnosed the issue, patiently answered all of my questions, and walked me through how to properly handle typical maintenance. They are amazing! I have been using them for years for opening and closing my pool! I save tons of money with their monthly chemical service!!!
