We choose Bull Frog bc one of our friends highly recommended it. The customer service has been outstanding from the time we purchased until way past the install. All our questions and concerns have been answered immediately. They really want us to enjoy our spa.
Ryan and Eric were prompt and professional. They took care of setup and cleanup. Asked us preference questions along the way and gave us a step by step tutorial on using our spa. We are extremely pleased with their work
We order a hot tub paid in full 16,000 dollars , wirh Mike and mike gave us a name( MURPHY MADE) to help us with a pad for our hot tub, 240 outlet for hot tub.this man was so rude ,unprofessional,unreliable of course after we paid him a portion of the cost. We ended up firing him because he wouldn't return our texts, calls ,didn't show up when he said he would come to finished the pad, when he did finish it it was done wrong wasn't able to place hot tub on pad until we finished leveling it, in when we called Mike for help he was extremely rude. The bullfrog hottub is wonderful product really sells it self but the service from Mike and MURPHY MADE WAS TERRIBLE., THE ELECTRIC OUTLET HOOK UP WAS SUPPOSED TO COST 1500.00 WITH MURPHY MADE , WE CALLED MURREY ELECTRIC IT WAS 800.00 FOR GARUNTEED WORK .SO BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH MIKE OR MURPHY MADE.
Ryan and Daniel did a great job delivering our hot tub. Everything went well and they were very cautious and thoughtful in their delivery and helping me get everything just where I wanted it. We also had a great buying experience with Mike and the Jenks store. Overall a great experience and we are loving our new Bullfrog spa!
We just had a X7L delivered and installed yesterday. Mike was very helpful and informative. We live about 50 miles away and had to get permission from a golf course to deliver to our backyard. It went very smooth, the delivery guys knew their stuff. I feel like we made a very good deal and that Bullfrog will be there if we need any help or questions answered.
