Tulsa Custom Pools

Wow! Tulsa Custom Pools did us right! Josh was honest about every part of the process and he built us the backyard oasis we envisioned. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and I have to say Josh is one of the few that place integrity over the dollar. Couldn’t be happier with everything he has done or the way he treated us as a customer. If you’re thinking about getting a pool he is your guy! Quality and integrity in that company is second to none!

Josh Atkinson did an amazing job for us! Not only did he recommend and manage the pool contractors (electrical, plumbing), but contractors for our landscaping project as well— from concrete, to turf, sprinkler, and pergola. All of his recommendations for other contractors were excellent to work with! I was shocked how quickly the project came together. They dug, set the pool, did our electrical and all equipment including a heater and pump installed and we were framed for concrete in 4 days!! The entire process was completed in 3 weeks and we have been enjoying the pool!! Josh has been available for questions that have come up and troubleshooting all issues. As the project came together he was super helpful as we would tweak our original plans along the way. I give him a 10/10 and recommend Customer Pools and Josh 100%!

After a terrible experience with another pool company, we were quite hesitant to start the process of building a pool again. Josh took the time to walk through the details of our contract answering our questions and easing our concerns. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Every time they said they would be here, they showed up. We made a few changes along the way, and Josh and his team were accommodating while keeping everything moving. Even with the ice storm in January and all we added, our entire pool build was completed in under eight weeks! Josh and his crew kept the job site clean throughout the process. Our family is so excited to start enjoying the pool and making a lifetime of memories. Thank you for helping make our dreams a reality!

I am so glad to meet Josh from custom pools. They were everything they said they were. From the guys that dug the pool to the concrete finishers, they were the best. Everything went very well. I feel blessed with this pool install. We were blessed with great weather. He also has sprinkler repair and landscaper people. I have no complaints. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his entire crew at Tulsa Custom Pools. They were all top notch from start to finish. From helping us plan/select the best pool and layout for our needs to the final delivery, we don’t have one complaint. His crew is extremely efficient and knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions. We had been considering a pool for many years, but were reluctant based on much negative feedback from friends who had added pools (using various other pool companies). If you are considering a pool for your home, I encourage you to meet with Josh. We had a great experience and couldn’t be happier with the final product!
