We had a wonderful experience working with Ron at Cactus Pool Designs. Our build happened during a very rainy season, which caused several delays while we waited for everything to properly dry out. Even with the weather setbacks, Ron stayed on top of everything. He kept us consistently updated, checked on the pool every few days, and did everything he could to keep the process moving and get it finished as quickly as possible.From our very first meeting, we knew we wanted to work with him. We met with several pool companies, but Ron stood out immediately. He was knowledgeable, confident, and we genuinely felt like we could trust him. Once we decided to go ahead with our plans to have a pool installed, we received multiple bids from pool companies but none of which listeaned to what we had requested. Ron with Cactus Pools was the only one that submitted a bid that included our wishes and needs. He designed and developed our pool exactly how we wanted it. If we had any questions or concerns Ron was prompt to respond and patient with us. Always making us feel like we were his only customers. He did his best to make sure the installation went off without a hitch (and it did). He and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way.Our pool and spa turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with our outdoor oasis. Ron Daniel’s and his crew did an outstanding job from the creation to the completion of my pool. He met with me, drew up the plans, sent me the 3D images, walked me through the process, provided me with detailed instructions on what to expect through each phase and then got to work making it happen. From groundbreaking to finishing he and his crew were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves, staying on task meeting every promised deadline, working with me every step of the way and in 8 weeks, I had a gorgeous pool that is now a beautiful addition to my home. In addition, his follow-up pool service is an excellent way for me not to have to worry about my pool always looking amazing.
