Our Fiji fiberglass pool was installed November 2023. The pool pump went out on Sunday (8/2/2026). I called Dennis Sunday evening and he gave some trouble shooting procedures to try. I called him back in 15 minutes to tell him pump is still out. He said he would have Rebecca call me in the morning. Spoke with Rebecca Monday morning and she emailed warranty visit request to Hayward after we talked. A Hayward rep came out on Tuesday to look at pump. On Wednesday 10:30 am Hayward tech replaced the broken part of pump and reset timer settings; pool is up and running. Even though I am an old customer he treated me like I was a new one. Thank you Dennis for not forgetting about us and getting our pool running again so quickly (3 days!). I made the right choice in selecting your company to install our pool. We are so happy with it and your customer service.
Rebecca and the team made our project enjoyable from start to finish! The project went smoothly and was completed in just two weeks which was unexpected! We shopped all over the state for fiberglass pools as well as gunite. I’m so glad we chose Pools East for our pool!
We are extremely satisfied with our new fiberglass pool. It took 3 weeks and 2 days to complete construction of the the pool site , pour cement, excavate and build a retaining wall. We had a plan in mind and they were able to exceed all our expectations. Steve, the site Supervisor, helped guide our vision throughout the process.Working with him was a pleasure! Al and his concrete crew were fast, efficient and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. We went with colored stamped concrete for a patio, around the pool and stairs. Beautiful! Al attends to detail which was greatly appreciated.Let's not forget Rebecca.She came to the house to discuss our vision, took measurements and was instrumental in the initial design and construction of the pool site.She always carried a note pad, constantly writing pertinent information to ensure the customer received exactly what they wanted. Rebecca is an integral part of the process resulting in a satisfied customer. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Dennis, the owner, employs experts who take pride in their work and it shows through results. He is exceptional in his knowledge of the pool process and we were confident we had found a competent company. Personally, we enjoyed his copious trivia facts! Thank you Pools East !
