Bobby and Calvin were super helpful when my heater element went out on my hot tub. They helped me get the parts I needed right when I needed them. New filters and a heater and out the door with a quick fix! Amazing service!
I had the BEST experience at Haven Spa Pool & Hearth thanks to Calvin and Bobby! They went above and beyond helping me completely drain and clean a hot tub, something I had never done before. They even let me borrow a sump pump, which saved me hours of work and made the whole process so much easier.As a complete newbie to pools, spas, and chemicals, I felt totally supported. Calvin and Bobby were incredibly generous with their time, patient with my questions, and so thoughtful and kind throughout the whole process. They had everything I was looking for and more, and made me feel like I could actually handle this on my own next time.If you need anything for your pool or spa for products, advice, or just great people to work with, this is absolutely the place to go. Huge thanks to Calvin and Bobby for their kindness, professionalism, and for making what could have been a stressful day actually enjoyable! This is a glowing 5 star review! This was our first hot tub purchase. We went to three different stores in a day with hearth and haven being the last. Our first store it felt like we were being helped by the stereotypical used car salesman so we left that one pretty quick. The second only sold one line of spas and were bound and determined to try to make us believe that no other brand was going to stack up against theirs. Off putting in its own way but not the end of the world. We left there with one of theirs in mind but wanted to see all three stores before making a commitment. We then went to hearth and haven. As soon as we walked in we noticed the genuinely relaxed, happy, confident atmosphere. Bobby showed us some tubs that were in our price range explaining in detail the attributes of each. He took the time to find out what was most important to us and didn’t try to steer us towards any particular tub except those we expressed interest in. Well it turned out that the Mac daddy of hot tubs ended up catching mine and my husbands attention and that’s what we went with. It is the single biggest and best splurge we’ve ever made on ourselves and I’m glad Bobby was there to help. We love the hot tub and feel very confident having all of the knowledge of the whole group at the store to help us through any future issues!
