After dealing with a frustrating situation with another company, SpaMedix, whose tech failed to fix my hot tub heating issue and then completely ghosted me, I decided to try Mountain View Pool and Spa.From the moment I contacted them, they were prompt and professional. Their team quickly came out to diagnose the problem and identified the errors made by the previous tech. They efficiently corrected the issues, and now my hot tub is back to perfect working condition—nice and hot, just in time for some cozy winter soaking.I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mountain View Pool and Spa, and I highly recommend them for any pool, spa, or hot tub needs. Mountain View has been absolutely incredible! They were the only pool service place to call me back when I needed help with a new pool, and I’m glad! They are alway reliable and friendly, and go out of their way to help if they see something wrong at our house. They even called the police when squatters were on the property before we moved in and stayed until they knew our home would be secure.
