Trasolini Pools did an amazing job upgrading our pool. The crew were always on time and professional. They completed the job as quoted and on time. We are so happy with the beautiful result. Bruno always communicated with us while the work was being completed. We were stressed at taking this upgrade project on because we've heard it is a nightmare, but it ended up being a breeze with this company. Highly recommend.

I reached out to them to do approximately 60k worth of work. Booked a time for them to come out and look at project. Took them 2 weeks to come look. No problem. Follow up from site visit never heard back. I called them, texted them weeks and months after to see If they had a quote or was able to do work this year or next. Nothing. Bruno ignored all communication. I’m okay if they don’t want the work, can’t do it. Whatever it may be but to have zero response was super unprofessional. I found other companies and happy to use them they we much better.

Bruno and his team were great in replastering and fixing a leak in my pool. It was a huge project and I appreciate the quality craftsmanship! Office staff were easily available and responsive. One small thing, I would have appreciated a little more communication re: do's and don'ts with care of the pool necessary after work completed and plaster curing, but ended up ok and otherwise 5* plus!

Replaced coping and tile. The workmanship is 100% great. No complaints - thanks to the great install team (that's what got them the 3 stars). Dealing and communicating with the administrative staff was 100% the worst experience. Unfortunate, but when there are other options customer service experience will always be a key determining factor in where we put our money.

How long does Trasolini's standard pool construction take?

The construction outline gives approximately 90 workable days after excavation for a standard pool. Poor weather, inspections and crew scheduling can extend the schedule.

How does Trasolini handle pool permits?

A site plan and engineered structural drawings are forwarded to the municipality for plan check and permits. Permit issuance can take up to six months, depending on the city.

What site preparation does Trasolini require?

The site should be cleared of trees, shrubs, existing deck work and other above-ground obstructions. Plantings to be saved should be removed, cared for and replanted by the customer.

How does Trasolini handle changes to an original pool contract?

Changes to the original contract, estimate or specifications go through the office and require approval and a signed work order at an agreed contract-price change.

Does Trasolini include landscaping and final grading?

Landscaping and fencing may be outside the original contract. The company does not do finish grading, planting or seeding, and replaces removed fencing only if that is included in the contract.
