After having a terrible experience with our original pool builder, who essentially disappeared on us, finding this company was the best thing that could have happened. From day one, they have been responsive, honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers. No matter when I reach out, they always answer my calls or texts. We even had an emergency over a long weekend, and they had someone at our house right away. That level of service is almost impossible to find these days. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They have never tried to upsell us or take advantage of a situation. Sometimes they’ll simply ask me to send a photo of the problem, walk me through a quick fix over the phone, and not charge me a thing. They truly want to help, rather than make a quick dollar. When it comes to opening and closing our pool, they are always on time, efficient, and dependable. Everything is done professionally, and I never have to worry. We have recommended them to so many friends and neighbours, and every single one of them has had the same amazing experience. Alex and Vadym and their team are awesome. They replaced the skimmer and the liner on my very difficult, almost 60-year old pool. They went above and beyond at every turn, giving me the utmost confidence in their knowledge and expertise. Alex was patient and answered every question I had and he was able to point out and help me fix an issue that my previous pool company caused when they closed our pool last year.
