Good people bring good people. We had a major home renovation done and lucked into a great contractor and a great person who just happened to have a new pool. His recommendation for Oasis Pools was a no brainer and did not disappoint.Gino, from our first meeting to the end of the project and beyond, has been honest and reliable. He is very knowledgeable, has most of the answers as they arise and if he doesn’t know he says that and then promptly gets them. He is respectful of the family, the property, the neighbours and always approachable.Gino is very budget minded. He never skimped on anything affecting quality but was more aware than we were how project costs can slip away. He reeled us in more than once. We saved money and there is nothing we feel we are missing.The build, in general, was close to seamless and the minor hiccups were always acknowledged and rectified with no excuses or delays.As expected, we were not his only client. His scheduling was was well thought out and we never felt like we were waiting or on the back burner.Good people bring good people. Nate was as personable, respectful and competent. Always a pleasure to have around. His sub trades were top notch and well managed. Gino was always on site for any concrete pours or critical steps.On time. On budget. The pool turned out great and our family is very happy. Can't wait for summer! Gino provided an honest quote last April and we were swimming by middle of July. Gino and team get right to work and work long days. The quality of work is excellent and the communication is exceptional. Oasis Pools is top-notch.
Gino did a fantastic job from start to finish on our pool. He was friendly, and very professional. He always was very mindful of our budget and tried to save us money whenever he could. He didn’t under quote us like other companies, and the whole project went extremely smoothly. We can’t recommend him enough!
Gino did an amazing job building our pool. I would highly recommended him to anyone looking at putting a pool in. We are very happy with the work that he did. He is honest and cares about what he does. Both Gino and Nathan worked HARD while on site. He was responsive to our questions, didn't overpromise anything to tell us what we wanted to hear. We had a tight space to fit a pool in, and he came up with great ideas to best use the space, different options were explained well and we had no surprises. His quote was accurate and stayed on budget. Our heater had some problems initially, Gino got right on it and it turned out to be a manufacturing issue, but he worked with the supplier to sort it out for us. Overall would recommend.
We had a great experience with our pool build.Gino was very professional. He was on budget and if anything finished the project ahead of schedule. He works very hard, when he is on site there is no down down. He moves at a very fast and efficient place. Overall we are very happy how things turned out and have no hesitation recommending him.
