We purchased a replacement hot tub at the Spring Home Show in Salmon Arm on May 3, 2026, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish.
When it comes to customer service and satisfaction, we give Marc Kozlowski full marks. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. From the point of sale through delivery and installation, everything was seamless, professional, and perfectly executed.
Marc's recommendations were exactly right for our needs. Our new hot tub is elegant, simple to operate, easy to care for and maintain, and fits our lifestyle perfectly. The price point was exceptional, offering excellent value for the quality we received.
We would not hesitate to recommend Sundance Pool and Spa to anyone looking for a hot tub and a first-class customer experience.
Thank you, Marc, for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable!

I have used this company for about 7 years now for our pool and hottub; they have always been exceptional. Any time I have needed them they have been very quick to respond and I have never felt like they try to “sell” me on anything that I do not actually need. Every employee who has ever come to our home has been kind and respectful; I love this company, we will always be customers.
