My family has had a softub for over 20 year, we love it. Service is always top notch and the quality/care is evident.
Do not recommend. They destroyed our Tub liner. The tub was only a couple years old and in brand new condition but we had issues with the pump . We paid over $1000 for service and brand new parts they installed for our hydromate pump which they later said were “faulty parts” and destroyed the liner. Then tried to convince us to pay more for a new liner “they would help us find for a good price”after the wiring they installed melted ours. We were then told to take our receipts to SoftTubs for warranty when they were the ones who sold and installed everything. Then gave us the choice of paying them even more money to get our tub back or they could ‘dispose’ for us….clearly this is how they get their inventory.
I love how light and convenient my 220 is. I can use it anywhere with just a normal house plug. They have the ultimate set up and I will never be without one. I highly recommend Affordable hot tubs. They are awesome.
Soft tubs are very simple to use and maintain and are well made.Setup and moving is easy as they are ultra light, and 1 screwdriver is all that is needed. Cheap to run, and use a regular 120v wall plug.After many years of enjoyment my motor/heater unit started leaking and Alex and her team were super helpful in getting it back up and running, and were more than fair with parts and labour fixing an out of warranty unit.THANK YOU ALEX AND TEAM !
We purchased our soft tub 3 months ago and we are extremely satisfied. Our experience, from our first phone call enquiry right up until delivery and installation, was exceptional. Alex and her team are knowledgeable, professional and follow through on their promises. We highly recommend them!
