Got sold something I didn’t need. They followed with installing the cheaper version of what I paid for. The sales manager was short and unapologetic for the “mistake.” I was told I would receive a refund for the difference. Contacted them to inquire about the refund because it still isn’t reflected on my credit card a week later and was told to take it up with the bank. Complete garbage customer service and I will NEVER deal with them again nor recommend their services.
East coast leisure do an outstanding job setting up our jacuzzi hot tube. From sales to installation great communication. The service guys did a great job setting up and explaining everything we need to know.

OMGOSH! This is the third liner for our in-ground pool. This is the FIRST time the liner FIT the pool! THANKS to East Coast Leisure ! I cannot begin to tell you how hard and busy these guys worked on a scorching day. The company that initially dug our pool design had NOTHING squared. East Coast Leisure worked hard to measure the crazy shape and work with things that did not line up. Everything is PERFECT!! THANK YOU EAST COAST LEISURE for all your hard work, and my beautiful liner!!!
Just stopped by to get my pool ready to open for the summer. Cooper and his team took great care of me and made sure I had everything needed to get the job done. They always have a friendly and helpful staff to assist you with whatever questions/assistance you might need. Great place for all of your pool supplies!
