JULY 2026 UPDATE - USAA is awaiting their response to their failed refund. Now they are making USAA wait for an answer. They know ALL of my contact info but do not feel like stepping up to refund me.**UPDATE** No real phone call, just a blurb from the Yelp chat requesting my address. Let that sink in. They needed my address to drop off a check they promised before this new lie. They had no intention to help me at all.Requested help with a split union nut on the pump outlet. Initially quoted at $750. They seemed confused and wanted photos. Now it is $256. I really needed help and agreed. I had contracted them 6 years to the week prior for a pump drive replacement, and I decided to trust them and pay in advance. My mistake for trusting them. It was the weekend and they needed to wait until Monday to get the parts. On Monday, they called and said the part they had in mind would not work, but said they could fix it better for an additional $200. That was too much and they offered a refund, to which I agreed. While at the pool store, they said they could fix it with the initial agreed price but I already had a brand new check valve in hand, and still requested the refund, to which they agreed. Two weeks later and no refund was issued and they never communicated anything with me. I asked about it and they said they would "doublecheck". Three days later and radio silence. I once again had to ask them about it. Now they say they were not allowed to send a refund back to the credit card. They asked if they could drop off a check. I agreed and said any day starting on Monday (It was Friday afternoon on Easter weekend.) They said "Let's do Monday" and I agreed. Guess what? Nothing. It's been another 3 days and I have not heard from them.
The really helped me out. I recently moved in to help care for my grandma, she had let the pool go because it was too hard for her to care for. I explained the situation to Martha and she helped me out right away. She was very helpful and professional. The pool sparkles now and we can’t wait for the summer!
Have had intermittent gas odors around our pool heater for some time. We’ve had others look at the problem but they found no issues to repair. James and his technician, even though we were first time clients, fit us into a very busy schedule within 48 hours. They appeared on time and fixed the problem in less than a half hour. For me, that’s above five star work. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
We had a broken 35 year old pool and needed help managing it until we redid it in a few years. James swung by and walked us through everything with a fair price. Installation was professional and quickly done. Even came with 2 months of pool cleaning service. Would definitely recommend.
I trusted James with my property and he sent some new guys in who ended up killing the plants around my pool. Also told them I would be leaving for a few hours to run some errands and they took that time to take a dip in my hot tub. Caught it on camera while I was out, asked them about it and denied it until I showed them footage. One guy said "I make $1500 a day you think I care?" Awesome service guys...
