We have been using White Sands to care for our hot tub and fountain for approximately 4 years now. They come weekly and it is wonderful to have our hot tub ready for use at all times.
When we first moved into this home, the fountain was green with algae but White Sands took care of that for us and we are very happy with their service.

We bought a home with a hot tub, and this company was highly recommended by the previous owners. We had no idea what we were doing on our own, so continued to use them and they have never disappointed!
Excellent communication, friendly service, and a very small, family owned feeling is what we got from them. You can tell they care about their customers as well as those that work for them. We got a heads up whenever there was a change in who was going to come to our home, which was not often that it was a new person so we got to know the techs rather quickly.
Any time I’ve had a problem, they were there and ready to remedy with no hiccups.
The prices are fair and they do a fantastic job. 10 out of 10 recommend

White Sands is fantastic! They revived an old hot tub we inherited and got it back in prime working condition for a fraction of the cost of replacement. They are very honest and really know their stuff. They do not try to up-sell and often come up with lower cost solutions to issues. Not many companies out there are so knowledgeable on spa maintenance, so we are so happy to have found them!

They do a great job – very responsive, reliable, and they have been able to complete several necessary repair repairs along the way when needed.
