Mrs. Clare helped us through the entire process of getting financing and was very patient with us. She was very accommodating to our needs and wants.After a ton of research we decided that Sundance Spas were the best quality hot tubs. There were closer options to our local area, but we really wanted a Sundance, because of the great quality they offer. Spas are expensive and we didn't want a throw away tub. After purchasing our hot tub, I would absolutely buy a Sundance again and wouldn't go anywhere else than buying from Mrs. Clare.I definitely recommend these people. Her staff were all very professional and worked their butts off when delivering and setting up our hot tub. I even tried to be myself and joke around with the guys. They stayed professional the entire time. They did everything they could to get our hot tub running correctly. I even offered to break down the trash and put it in trash bags. We had a great experience with Waco Pool & Spa. From the moment we walked in, the team clearly knew their products and took the time to explain everything about the jacuzzi we purchased. They answered all our questions and made the whole process easy.Delivery and installation went smoothly, and they were very clear about what needed to be done on our end so our electrician could prepare properly. What really impressed us was the follow-up after the sale. They checked in to make sure everything was working well and even sent us a thoughtful thank-you package. It’s rare to find businesses that still provide this level of customer service. We highly recommend Waco Pool & Spa!
