Good experience with AMD. Kayla was my main point of contact, and she was excellent! Responsive, patient, and genuinely willing to dig for answers whenever I had questions. She helped to complete the whole process while relieving my doubts caused by other pool contractors. In addition, the installation team that came to my house was the standout team. Professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept the site clean, worked hard, and the finished result speaks for itself. Final note, book in advance! While there were a few moments during the process that required extra follow-up and clarification, Kayla and the installation team were always helpful and professional. I'm very happy with the finished product and would recommend contacting AMD Pools, especially if you can work with Kayla.

AMD Pools far exceeded my expectations. Devin and his team were fantastic—extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions. They arrived at 7 AM every morning and worked straight through the day. Jake was also great to work with—friendly, informative, and incredibly hardworking. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they managed the entire project: the survey, permits, pool installation, plumbing, patio, electrical work, and even closing the pool. I have friends who went with competitors and ended up having to coordinate surveys, permits, electricians, and patio contractors themselves—one even had to dig his own electrical trench, and another paid a fortune trying to line up the electrical schedule. Once the survey and permits were completed, the entire build took just 23 days. There were a few minor issues along the way, but nearly all were addressed immediately. I’m confident that if anything comes up in the future, Devin and AMD Pools will be there to make it right. I highly recommend AMD Pools.
