Al & Dan and their crew put in this gorgeous pool for us last fall. They’re very knowledgeable, responsive, and overall great guys to work with. The pool is 17x34 heated, salt water pool with auto cover and deck jets.
Platinum Pools is an amazingly well-run pool company. I can’t say enough about Al, Dan, and Zach. They are honest, responsive, timely, and just really good people.We initially shopped around and received quotes from various local companies for our pool project. Al and Dan came to the house and provided a quote. I was quite indecisive…waited a few months, called them again and they came to the house AGAIN to walk me through the process. They were patient and extremely knowledgeable. No question was a dumb question.Al and Dan provided a timeline and stuck to it. I sent various texts in the months leading to “dig day” and Al always responded the same day.The project took about 6-7 days. The crew worked long hours and they were meticulous with the details. After our concrete patio was built, they came back and closed the pool and installed the pool cover.They came back this spring and opened the pool on the exact day I requested (timing was important due to other landscaping projects I have in the works). Dan responded to my silly questions via text all the time. Recently, I needed some assistance and Dan came out the same day I contacted him.The bottom line is Al and Dan are amazing kind people who go out of their way to help their customers. They are with you for the long run and won’t leave you hanging. The cost of the project was in line with the other quotes we received. If you’re looking to have a pool installed, these are the people you want to work with. You won’t be disappointed.Thank you Al and Dan for everything.
Al, Dan and their team were amazing from the start! They helped me to pick a size and shape of pool that was best suited for our backyard. They also discussed all options with us in detail, and told us the pros and cons to the different heaters we were looking into. They installed the pool in just over a week, and they have always been available for any questions or concerns I have had along the way. As a first time pool owner, I couldn’t recommend this company more!!!
