My husband and I have done many projects over the years. When we decided to put in an in-ground pool we knew it would be a messy and disruptive project. David and his crew at Tanguay pools exceeded our expectations. Professional, knowledge, accessible with every question and concern. On time on schedule. Naturally, as an engineer and project manager, extensive research and consultations with numerous pool companies was an inevitable part of my decision to have a pool installed. Our choice to put this important responsibility in the hands of Tanguay Pools was one we never second guessed, and the outcome was beyond expectation! First and foremost, communication was excellent; timely and consistent. Each aspect of the design, mechanics and various features was patiently explained and all questions were addressed before any work began. Meticulous installation, nestled between an existing deck and a gazebo was flawlessly executed, with no damage to either structure. I appreciated the lengths the team went through to minimize damage to the surrounding yard, and they even took care to relocate some landscaping grasses that were in the way that I wanted to preserve. We had water in our new inground pool within 5 days of the courteous crew breaking ground. We already have, and will continue to recommend Tanguay Pools to our family and friends!
Back on May 31st I posted in Southington Talks and asked you all for suggestions on who to use to install a new inground pool. You guys didn’t disappoint. We called most all of your suggestions and had a hard time choosing. We ended up using Tanguay Pools and loved our decision. Dave was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Above all the other companies they said it would take 4 to 6 DAYS, where all the other companies said it would take 4 to 6 WEEKS to install. It literally took 5 days start to finish. Obviously, the cement and permanent fence is not up, but we will start that process next spring after the ground has a chance to settle. The team left our yard in great shape, ignore the pictures of the back ground stuff, we are in the midst of several projects including building a shed. The yard is tore up from that process. I highly recommend Tanguay Pools, they were on time, and held their price with no surprises. You won’t be sorry for using Tanguay Pools.
It had been 10 years since Rick installed out pool and everything still works perfectly, he and his crew did a real good job and I would recommend them.
