After having a terrible experience with another pool company in the Waterloo Region, J&J fit me into their already busy schedule, diagnosed the issues, and came back to make sure my pool was shining. Every person who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and incredibly courteous. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and completely won me over as a customer. It’s clear their great reviews aren’t bought with money, they’re earned through real experiences that make customers feel heard, supported, and at ease. 10/10 recommend J&J Pool Services. These folks are fantastic!

The team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. From the moment they showed up you could tell they loved their jobs and took pride in everything they did. I would highly recommend them for a liner. Our pool looks brand new!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews on here but this is an AMAZING company and they deserve a great review!! I honestly can’t recommend J&J Pool Service enough! After having a disappointing experience with another pool company, they stepped in immediately and completely turned things around for me. They helped get all of my pool chemicals balanced, came out multiple times to scrub and vacuum the pool, re-installed my stairs, and genuinely took the time to teach me how to properly care for and maintain it as a first-time pool owner. Everyone I've met from the company so far has been incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and reliable since day one. It’s honestly been such a relief working with people who truly care and go above and beyond for their customers. Amazing service all around. If you choose this pool company you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you SO much, J&J team!

The team at J&J works with integrity. The communication is fantastic and reliable. As you're planning your project/opening etc , Rob will be there to answer all of your questions. When their crew is on site, you'll find the team to be friendly, respectful and most of all - completely capable. Having a pool is a huge investment and not all companies are built the same. With J&J you're going to get full transparency and quality work. We have been through it with some other companies and this was the first year, in 15 years, that when the crew came to open our pool it looked at exactly like it did when they closed it in the Fall. No fallen ice bags or lost cover. I can't put enough emphasis on what it's like to meet with the crew on your driveway, first thing in the morning, have a great chat and then head off to work knowing that you can trust the crew. The weight that has been lifted by finding these guys has no value.

We once again had the pleasure of working with J & J Pools and they didn't disappoint. This was our 2nd liner not to mention installing our Winter Cover a few years ago. We were on a tight schedule this time as we were heading off to Europe and the Pool Liner was installed on time and it looks Fabulous. In addition we have a custom installed pool based on the Quirky Measurements and the fit is perfect. I also have to mention the quality prep work of removing the old liner and getting things ready for the install. Everything was done to a high standard and we can't wait to enjoy the pool next year.
