Very easy to deal with. We had an issue with the tub and they came and fixed it under warranty no questions asked. We had a great service tech (Derek) come and do the work and he was professional and informative. It’s nice to see a company stand behind their products.

The owner was wonderful to work with throughout the purchasing process—knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision.Once the hot tub was delivered, Hailey was absolutely amazing in helping us learn everything about water care and chemicals. As first-time hot tub owners, there was definitely a learning curve, but she was patient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process much less intimidating.The customer service we’ve received both before and after the sale has exceeded our expectations. Outstanding experience with Waterscape Hot Tubs & Pools!We recently replaced our old hot tub with a brand-new Hydropool Signature 779, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From day one, Ryan was exceptional to work with—he delivered an amazing price and guided us expertly through a long list of build options so we could truly customize the spa exactly the way we wanted. We're thrilled with our Serenity hot tub that we purchased through John at Waterscape.He gave us an incredible price for a brand new hot tub with a list of options that made it feel like it was built just for us, and he was truly enjoyable to work with during the discovery and buying process. We didn't feel rushed or pressured while asking him a lengthy list of questions, and he was readily available by phone or email when we had follow-up questions and to help coordinate the delivery process.We were initially overwhelmed with the effort we thought it would take to maintain the tub, but John and the team set you up with a super easy to-do checklist and the chemical set that you purchase alongside the tub is so easy to work with. The Waterscape team is always available via phone or email to answer our random questions, and their hours are great for performing complimentary weekly water sample testing.The delivery team, too, was an animated but wonderful strong group of guys who were able to get our tub to our backyard down a muddy slope and up onto a raised deck. They were on time with the delivery and cleaned up after they were done.We would recommend to anyone to go through John for your hot tub purchase; we got quotes at other places for $25K, but that's not what we spent here at Waterscape and couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase.
Best bubbling experience ever… after some pretty extensive research and some asks from friends we visited Waterscapes in Waterloo in search of a new hot tub… Zack and Ryan helped us not be overwhelmed, confused and suffering from buyers remorse, they took a ton of time to explain the pros and cons (which there were really none) of hot tub ownership, while we sat in a dry tub, Zak explained the construction, warranty, most of what Waterscapes sells are made in Canada and according to the brochure, sold in 40 countries, so parts and repairs would not be an issue. The manufacturer (Hyrdopool) we choose are actually made in Mississauga, Ontario. Apparently one of the issues with many other brands or off shore products is the insulation and the way it is packed, makes it near impossible to troubleshoot and repair, the Hydropool is super easy to work on and repair if needed. We asked about repairs and warranties etc, I was very satisfied with the answers. Another tidbit the cost to operate a hot tub is $12–24 per month who knew? They helped us select colours, styles, etc., their packages are all inclusive with delivery and set up included. Before we take delivery, we are to bring a water sample and Waterscapes will create the perfect mix of chemicals, also included is a hot tub how to… our only task is to relax and enjoy.A made to order hot tub, takes about three weeks from start to delivery… there are about a million options, several colours, moveable jets, waterfalls, LED lighting, covers, steps… and so on. The Waterscape folks will take the time to help every step of the way.There is lots of free parking, several different samples of hot tubs, swim spas, retractable gazebo’s, even some patio furniture. Truly one splash shopping.Waterscapes is located on Weber Street at Nothfield, they are open until 6:00 pm most nights.
