So pleased with our spa purchase from Aqua-Fun in Sussex. Jim the Service Manager, was incredibly helpful in our purchase decision. The delivery team of Joe & Deric were just as awesome, patient, meticulous with the set-up and expertly guided us on the spa setup process. Highly recommend if considering a spa purchase.
Jim installed our inground pool and in ground Hot Tub 34 years ago and both are still working today. They just installed my 3rd liner and the pool looks like new. Our first two liners lasted 17 years each. Aqua Fun has always been available to provide technical advice on water chemistry and servicing of pumps and heaters. The staff and service department have always provided Quality and Professional Service. Many pool construction and service companies have come and gone over the last 34 years but Aqua Fun has always been a reliable company I can depend on.
I am so grateful to Aqua Fun Pools and especially Joe for helping us create our dream backyard vacation. We will always remember the summer of 2024 as our pool building era, we interviewed many companies and we were nervous to make such a large investment. We chose wisely, Aqua Fun educated us and guided us in making the many decisions that pool building requires. We chose Joe because he has deep expertise and takes the time to share it. He gave us confidence that we could do the project for our budget. Throughout the process he was honest and fun to work with. Aqua-Fun installed our first pool over 25 years ago and when I moved in 2022, I knew they had to install my next one. It was finished late last year and the summer of 2023 was a great year for a pool. The installation and service has been spectacular. Joe calls you back when you have questions and explains what needs to be done. Everyone thinks maintaining a pool is a lot of work but I do all the work myself and nothing is more relaxing than a dip in the pool when it's 85 and sunny. With the new pool, our vacation home is now just a few steps away....... what a perfect stay-cation.
This review comes late, but now it can be thorough. We have been a customer of Aqua-Fun for over 20 years. We purchased our first hot tub from them and it lasted 20 years with very little service needed. They helped us choose the perfect hot tub for us, they did an outstanding job of delivering it and installing it in a VERY difficult situation. (We even joked about the difficult installation for years after it.) After about 18-19 years or so we started having minor issues with our hot tub and I even asked if it was time to get a new one; Aqua-Fun advised against it. He assured me that it could be fixed for minimal charge and we could get more use out of it. He was right! Eventually, we later had another issue and it was at that point that Aqua-Fun advised me that the problem could be fixed however it was going to be expensive and it was "the beginning of the end". We then purchased another new hot tub from Aqua-Fun and they were again extremely helpful in selecting one that perfectly suited our space and needs. My experience with Aqua-Fun for the last 20+ years has been absolutely fantastic from sales to service! They can be trusted and are extremely friendly, helpful and professional in every way!
