We have used A Oasis Pool Service for several years now-since the AO build of our pool and outdoor space. Logan has always been available to answer questions & help us with maintaining a clean and healthy pool. Rod has been our most regular tech weekly for a while now and is always a pleasure to chat with. Rod contacts us prior to arrival to ensure the dogs are up & confirms our swim plans for that day prior to adding any chemicals. We have a white tile around the pool that likes to attract organic sunscreen in a very annoying way that leaves a line…Logan and Tyler got to the bottom of the cause early on and made sure the right chemicals were added (they even left extra for in between service just in case). We get texts of new products that we may like to get for our white pool tile and glass spa tiles-that extra consideration by AO to reach out means a lot & shows that they care as much as we do. More than anything, we appreciate their attention to our warranties and to helping us We have used A Oasis Pool Service for several years now-since the AO build of our pool and outdoor space. He knows what he is doing, explains everything well, and is very accessible. He has a great team who service customer’s pools. He is helpful and makes sure that things are done correctly. We love our pool! We remodeled a property in Duncanville and the pool was remodeled too! It was a lengthy process and I have to say that A Oasis stayed with us the entire time. We had a few communication glitches but in the end we couldn't be any happier. The pool is beautiful and a focal part of the project. Thanks to the entire team, especially Heather Garcia who is a master coordinator with A+ follow up skills. We love the pool and even use them for ongoing pool care. The service division is also A+ and we are very happy with them! I highly recommend A Oasis.
