After meeting with several pool companies, we were honestly hesitant to move forward because of all the negative reviews we had read about the pool industry. From our very first meeting with Juan at Caporal Pools, we felt completely different. He was honest, upfront, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and immediately put us at ease.From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, fast and well organized. Any time we had a concern, Juan addressed it immediately. We weren’t happy with the initial placement of our hot tub, and without hesitation, he moved it to exactly where we wanted it. We also decided to add more concrete during the project, and he was more than willing to accommodate the change and make sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned. We also didn’t like the grout and wanted blue epoxy, and it was changed with no question.What really impressed us was his customer service. Over a holiday weekend, a breaker kept tripping. While these things can happen with any project, Juan came out on the holiday, replaced it with a brand-new breaker and had everything working again right away. That level of service is hard to find.Juan was always checking on the job, making sure everything was done correctly, and it was obvious that his goal was to make sure we were happy and not just finish the project.We absolutely love our pool and couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Caporal Pools. If you’re looking for a pool builder who is honest, responsive, stands behind his work, and truly cares about his customers, we highly recommend Juan and Caporal Pools.
I absolutely love my beautiful pool from Caporal Pool & Spa, LLC! Juan made the whole process very easy from beginning to end. He also explained everything every step of the way, which I really appreciated! I never felt in the dark one time throughout the process. Lastly, the pool came out exactly as we discussed, and I am SO happy with it! If you're thinking about doing a pool, I definitely recommend Caporal!!
There are not enough stars to give this company. We had our pool replastered, new tiles, and flagstone coping. Juan was there from beginning to end. Answered all questions we had. His workers always left areas clean. We now have a beautiful pool where everyone is "wowed" at when they see it! Thank you Juan and Caporal Pool and Spa! You're truly the best!
Juan (Owner) of Caporal Pool & Spa did an amazing job on our pool and cabana project! Not only that, but he is very honest, upfront and easy to work with. With most pool projects and many contractors, there are typically countless setbacks and delays, I.e. weather, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. I’m happy to say that we didn’t experience these headaches and the only minor delays were either unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or a few nitpicking things from a very particular inspector. These issues were resolved if not same-day, within a couple hours of discovery. Overall, very happy with our choice in pool builder!
Juan was an excellent partner in building my pool. He was patient with several iterations of design, provided a 3D rendering, and was flexible with small modifications during the project. Project was completed within budget and in a very short period of time. He estimated 6-8 weeks and we were completely finished on the shorter end of that timeframe. He was present on the Josie, involved and giving directions daily.i would highly recommend Caporal Pools and Juan!
